Wanted to cancel my order several times and Would not. Very unhappy with the work and it is unfinished. Do not recommend to anyone.
:So disappointed with this feedback, the order is canceled and fully refunded to the customer even after the order delivery still the customer is lying about the cancellation...the work I completed and the 18 days of time I spent to complete this project are taken by the customer free of cost because the delivery is completed and after that, the order is canceled and that's the reason customer able to review on this order.... also, I delivered a fully functional 2 websites for this single order and within the second design process, I worked beyond the order limitation and provide extra $ of work to fulfill all the newly provided instructions by the customer still he is saying the work is unfinished... As a service provider I managed with all customers negative points like: 1) no-coordination with me for order work, 2) direct order place without proper instructions 3) for 5 days if order customer took 11 days after order placement to send me all project-related data and ask me to design new website 2nd time based on it 4) no work or vision-related communication during the order work(in fact the feedback is the biggest given reply within entire project work) 5) always took 2 to 3 days of time to reply back for text. still, I worked on this order without any argument no matter if I need to work on order from scratch multiple times because of the above reasons... I don't know what he get by lying about order cancellation and incomplete work but I believe Fiverr is a trusted and reputed platform and I am 100% sure customers got full of refund, also as a service provider my gig policies also come with order cancellation and full refund process anytime as I mentioned within my gig description, no matter the order work is complete or delivered... this is my first ever low rated review in my entire 4 years of a journey with Fiverr, serving myself to this community with full of dedication and always give my best and work to fulfill customers requirements and to deliver quality work. I thought I will learn something by my first low-rated review and improve myself to provide quality work but this single review is not true and spreading the negative message enough to end any seller's carrier on this platform...
